1960			First Non Ferrous Continuous Casting Plant in India for the manufacture of Continuous Cast Phosphor Bronze.
1976			A group company, Saru Aikoh was formed in technical collaboration with Aikoh Co., Japan for manufacturing Foundry Fluxes.
1995			Saru Aikoh ventures into Continuous Cast Fluxes in technical collaboration with Nippon Thermochemical Company, Japan.
1987			A Tin Smelting Plant was set up with the technical know-how from Base Metal Synergy Associates, U.K. by the name Sartin Alloys, another group company.
1988			Due to the rapid growth in the Silver Brazing Division, it was demerged to be known as 'Saru Silver Alloy Private Limited'.

Capabilities

Wires & Rods : Available with diameters ranging from 0.20mm to 7.00mm to fulfill the various needs of customers. The wires and rods are drawn from Carbide, Compax or Diamond Dies so that they can be manufactured in accurate size and desired finished & spools. Spools : A number of spools are available for the selection, having the facility of precision layer wound. Coils : We provide coils in varying weight, which can suit to your different needs. Our range vary from a small coil weighing 1g to any weight desired. Cut Lengths : The usual range is: 200 mm - 1000 mm (8" - 36"), however other sizes are also available on request. Strips : Strips are available in a wide range with thickness down to 0.08mm (0.003") & widths upto 101.60mm (4"). We use specialized mills to maintain the required sizes within close tolerances. Coils : The weight of coils provided by us ranges from a small coil weighing from 1 TO (31.1 grams) upto heavier coils. We can also provide coils of different weight as desired by the customer. Pancake Reels : We provide a large range of Pancake spools on which the strips are wound layer over layer. They are used by the automated brazing machines where the reels facilitate easy dispensing. Wire Flattening : These are wires flattened in a mill in the form of strips having square or half round edges. They are available in thickness down to 0.1mm (0.004") and width down to 0.80 (0.0'") Pancake Reels : Various types of Pancake reels are available wherein strips are layer wound for easy and precision dispensing.

Wire Preform : We can also provide specially produced wire in different shapes, such as rings or any other shape as per customer specification. The rings can be open ends or closed ends, single turn or two turns or multiple turns. The inside diameter of these wires ranges from 300mm (12") to 3mm (0.12") Strips Preforms : We have a large number of dies, which helps us to to stamp strips in different shapes like squares, rectangles, discs, washers or any other desired shape by the customer. If we don't have the required die size in our inventory, we have the capability to produce a simple, compound or a progressive die. Our vastly skilled craftsmen use in house high precision equipment for manufacturing dies to match your exact size requirements. We offer quality products at one of the most competitive prices available in the world for small as well as large orders. In this way we differentiate ourselves from other preform & stamping suppliers. Granules & Spheres : We manufacture and supply granules of phosphorus bearing alloys with grain size 0.5 (0.20") to 2.5mm (0.10"). We make them available in plastic jars.
