Copper Phosphorus Brazing Alloys

We offer copper based brazing alloys containing phosphorus. These alloys facilitate brazing on copper to copper in air without the use of fluxes. Use of flux recommended for copper alloys like brass and bronze. We also provide silver brazing alloys containing lower phosphorus alloys. This is used for improved ductility and electrical conductivity, largely used in refrigeration, air conditioning and plumbing industry.

	It provides a smooth flow and has a low melting point. Its main applications include refrigeration industry, on parts such as couplings, manifolds, brass distributors, capillary pipes as well as where narrow joint include uneven junctions. It can be effectively used at low temperature.

	It is with low melting range. Fast flow, very fluid at brazing temperature. Penetrate joints with small clearances.

SILVER 5	5	89	6	650-810	L-Ag5P	BCuP-3	To be provided
	It is same as Silver 15. It is economic. Used largely in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

	It has a good flow and can comfortably fill moderate gaps in poorly fit joints. At the lower end of its brazing range, it can fill wide joint clearances. While it is more fluid at the upper end of its brazing range. Sanitary and refrigerating installations are its recommended usage.

	It is a low cost alloy. It has low fluidity and wide melting range. Used in sanitory, refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

	It is very economical. Used where the joint clearance is wider. Flow is sluggish.
