Silver
Brazing Fluxes
Silver Brazing Flux is used with all standard Silver alloys with or without
Cadmium bearings. It is used around 600° C and is protective. These
fluxes are available in both paste or powder form. They are used for similar
or dissimilar metals, and provide stronger and clean joints. This is
accepted as general purpose flux for use with all low temperature Silver
Brazing Alloys. It is capable of successfully fluxing all the common
engineering materials and the solubility of its residues in hot water adds
to its advantages.
Silver Brazing Flux For Carbide
Tipped Tools
It is a high temperature silver brazing flux mainly suited for Silver
Brazing Alloys containing some amount of Nickel. It is advised to use it in
paste form, where pre-fluxing on the job is done. This Flux has magnificent
fluidity and cleaning activity at about 650° C. The stronger cleaning
properties at higher working temperature makes it most suitable for tools
brazing.
Copper Brass Brazing Flux
Copper brass brazing flux has good fluidity, low moisture contents, and
cleaning activity. This flux is recommended to be used in paste or powder
form for copper base alloys. They provide stronger and cleaner joints.
Active temperature of this Flux is ranging from 780-1050°C.
